Flexible nanotube transistor sheets. I did research on carbon nanotubes back in the day, even helped build a prototype of embedded nanotubes in a polymer matrix (not flexible, like this.) The idea was you could find the kind of circuit you needed in the random arrangement of the tubes, instead of trying to manufacture it in.
