Remember the ISS Toolbag? Floating around the planet, visible to binoculars? Turns out you *do* need propulsion to stay in orbit, and toolbags don't have that functionality. The toolbag is coming in for landing. The kind that has a fireball at the end. So if you are in the South Pacific tomorrow, wear a hard hat.
